BLACKENING
A conversion coating for iron and iron alloys which produces a black colored coating on the metal surface for enhanced corrosion resistance. It is highly cost effective and requires minimal buildup.

Blackening salt
Water based solution of the blackening salt at temperatures of 70°C with dip application produces black oxide layer on iron based surfaces. It is far economical from similar corrosion preventive methods such as paints and electroplating.
Blackening solution
A water based solution which gives black conversion coating on iron and iron alloys at room temperature. Provides similar corrosion resistance as the hot process. It offers higher productivity and is easy to use.
